Lead Foreman

AnderSun Lawn Service Seeking motivated Team leader to Manage our high end Commercial sites and Residential. Responsibilities include; leading a crew size of 2-6 people, job reporting, client contact/customer service, field training in mowing, pruning,flower planting/maintenance, landscape installing, etc.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar position. Must work alone plus managing lawn service and crew productivities, strong attention to detail, goodcommunication skills and valid MN drivers license, experience with Toro Z equipment maintenance, able to lift at 60 lbs. with applicators license

Crew Member

AnderSun Lawn Service seeking motivated crew members to work high-end commercial and residentialsites. Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, garden planting/ maintenance, landscaping, etc.

Candidate must have a minimum of 1-year experience working in a similar position. Must work independently and cooperatively with crew, be motivated to learn new skills, be quality and detail orientated, be physically fit and able to lift at 60 lbs.
